Lemonade Story:

We sold one of our companies in 2008. We almost lost everything during the big economic crisis.

Entrepreneurial Adventures:

An Unexpected Pivot:

I didn't stop. I took my talents and abilities and used them to my advantage and changed direction. I may have failed to keep a fortune, but I succeeded in doing everything I set out to do a few years earlier. I told myself I'd create a business and sell it for millions and that's what I did.

Going Broke:

I'm a licensed architect. I started the How to Architect YouTube channel in 2008. Now almost 30,000 subscribers, over 10 million video views web wide. I wrote a book called How to Architect. MIT Press published it this year! It's one of their TOP sellers. Currently #23 out of 5700 books they offer. I invented and took to market another product online called The Architect's Birdfeeder. Sold 500. Became a patent writer, product developer, inventor, manufacturer, and web site developer. I do it all

Dirty Competition:

I am currently under a contractual agreement not to discuss the terms of the deal that crushed our business. With that said, I fixed things by not giving up! See paragraph above.

My business partner and I sold one of our companies to a very large US footwear manufacturer in 2008. The economy collapsed, the business got crushed, and we lost almost everything.
